Sometimes, you want a natural, conversational voiceover. I do tons of those.

But sometimes, you want the Announcer Guy, and I’m your voice for that too. I used to do these to entertain my friends. Now, people pay me to do it…including clients like Budweiser and Mitsubishi.

As a professional, New York Times-featured sports broadcaster, I can perform a warm, authentic broadcaster voiceover…or, we can crank it up.

Want a stereotypical, over-the-top, boxing-style Public Address intro? A classic, old-time 50s radio announcer? A hard-sell car commercial voice? I perform all of those styles, and more.

Whether you need lineup announcements for your youth sports team, wedding announcements for your big day, a classic early-radio voice for your skit or movie, or a fun high-energy narrator for your company meeting or conference…let’s talk about how I can make your moment come to life!

My “Old-Time Announcer” voice was featured in Budweiser’s tribute to Jackie Robinson (:48-:57)

Frequently asked questions:

Why Should I Choose You?

Ever notice that most “sports announcers” in movies and commercials don’t sound very good? That’s because they usually aren’t actual sports broadcasters. They’re actors who are trying to pretend.

I’m different, because I’ve been doing the real thing for over a decade. I call baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, football, volleyball, softball, and I do it on TV and radio. I’ve called Major League Baseball for the Oakland A’s, and I’ve provided my voice for Budweiser’s Jackie Robinson 100th Birthday tribute commercial.

I’m also versatile. I love doing all kinds of announcer-voices, and people love my work.

How Much Do You Charge?

Totally depends on what you’re looking for. Most of the people I help with these kinds of voiceovers are parents, bosses, or wedding planners, and their needs and projects are all very unique. It’s impossible to give blanket, one-size-fits-all rates…but send me an email (Donny@Donnyvoice.com), and I’ll be happy to talk with you about what YOU want, and how we can make it happen!
